Excellent. Thinking is considered as a plant in India which seems to have died during flooding but as soon as hot weather comes it starts growing again. So less thinking is not the permanent solution but experiencing the no-thought moment is the permanent solution. It is our natural state and once it is experienced it grows on its own till you attain thoughtlessness 24x7. Then you becomes master of your mind and only those thoughts which you permit comes in your mind. My linktree account with user name Joshuto for more.
