This is great! The open/closed list is one thing that I will take away from this and implement. I realized that I've only kept an open list and now know why I have a hard time getting anything done on it... because I WANT to do all of it lol!

I'm hearing a lot of industry leaders talking about the importance of simplifying things inorder to succeed in business, so this just adds to the proof that something like the Pareto Principle, when applied, can be a game changer.
